Hi there, we had one Spinifex Caravan and their proud owners here earlier this year.
We ( Greg & Toni )have been operating Kilcowera as a Station Stay for 10 years now and for the last 2 years have received the Judges Commendation for Hosted Accommodation in the Outback QLD Tourism Awards.
We have a beautiful campground next door to our Shearers Quarters Accommodation or bush camping alongside Cardenyabba Lagoon.
Visitors are given an information pack about the property on arrival and are able to do self drive tours of the Station or have a guided tour with one of us.
Kilcowera's eastern boundary is Currawinya National Park and guests have exclusive access to the western side of the 6000 hectare salt water Lake Wyara the breeding place of tens of thousands of water birds.
We hope to see many more Spinifex caravans out here as they look like a great off road home.
